I love enjoying time at home over the Christmas vacation.  (I keep trying to go shopping, but no one wants to go with me.  I live in a house full of boys!)

overdue update: Thanksgiving visit

Doug's mom and nieces spent about 2 weeks with us around Thanksgiving.  We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner at my mom's house and spent a lot of time watching the kids play.  We took them to the Oasis near the end of their visit and took pictures with the statues.  It was a fun visit.

Timmy has had last baseball game just before Thanksgiving.  He had a great season, it was fun watching him play!  But I noticed in the pictures that he closes his eyes when swinging the bat.  That might explain his batting average.
